Chocolate ice-cream


- 1 egg

- 3 yolks

- 6 teaspoons of sugar

- 300 ml of milk

-300 ml of heavy cream

- 250 g of dark chocolate


How to prepare:

  1. You have to grate egg, sugar and yolks in bowl.
  2. Next you have to heat the milk to a boil.
  3. Hot milk slowly pour to bowl.
  4. Next you have to grate thisdough on simmer., when it’ll thicken, add pieces of chocolate and mix. When it’ll dissolve, you have to wait for it to cool down.
  5. You have to whip the cream, add it to bowl.
  6. Next take this dough to container and insert it to freezer.


We think that it’s a perfect solution for sunny hot days, but not only. It’s very simple dessert which everyone can make in house and result certainly will be satisfying.

  • 2 glasses of flour
  • 2/3 glasses of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar with vanilla
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 80-90 g of oil or melted butter about 1/3 glass
  • 2 eggs

How to prepare:

Add all ingredients to a bowl (at first dry ingredients, next wet ingredients). Mix everything with a spoon. Then take this cake and put it to the form. You must insert it into the oven and bake it about 25 minute in temperature 1800C.

We made these muffins and they are delicious! We put on part of them butter cream (you should add 5 spoon of milk, cube of butter, and 2-3 glasses of powder sugar) and some of cupcakes have chocolate sauce. This recipe is very simple and effects of work are great. We recommend this very much.
