Cute cupcakes


-3 eggs

-3/4 cups of fine sugar

-1 ¾ cups of flour

-140g of butter

-2 tsp of baking powder

- some kind of essence (e.g vanilla)

-decorations and icing

-cocoa powder.

Preheat the oven to 170*C. Mix the butter with sugar until it’s “puffy”. Then add the flour, eggs, essence and baking powder. Pour ¾ of the batter into cupcake forms. Then mix the rest of the batter with cocoa 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder. Add the chocolate batter to the forms and using a toothpick, make some patterns in it. Bake for 25minutes. When the cupcakes cool down, you can decorate it with icing and other edible decorations.

I found a recipe for gingerbreads. It looks like that:


30dag flour
15dag honey
15dag sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 spoon of butter
80g gingerbread spice

Boil the honey and add to flour. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Roll out dough and cut biscuits. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

I think it's worth trying. These gingersbreads are tasty, very simple and perfect even after Christmas.
