Fragile cookies with jam

Ingredients:

-          115g butter

-          1 glass flour

-          2 yolks

-          A pinchof salt

-          3 tablespoon sugar


Recipe:

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. 2.Knead all of ingredients into one mass
  3. 3.Form a little ball. Using a little finger to make (in the middle of the ball) a pit and fill it with jam.
  4. 4.Repeat step until you will make all balls.
  5. 5.Bake for 20 minutes in the preheat oven.

Musli with yoghurt

Musli with yoghurt:


Ingredients:

- musli (50g)

- yoghurt (150g)

- fruits for decoration.

Preparing:

Pour half of musli to a glass. Then add half of yoghurt. Next add musli and yoghurt again. You can decorate it with fruits. It’s a very quick and healthy desert.
