Quesadillas with chicken, cheese and chorizo



4 tortillas

1 chicken breast

1 tbsp. of paprika in powder

1 tbsp. of dried oregano

60 g chorizo in slices

6 pieces of dried tomatoes

2 spoons of oil

¼ iceberg lettuce

½ glass of grated cheese

2 spoons of chopped chive


  1. 1.Slice chicken breast, put into a bowl, flavor with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Then add the oil and mix together all ingredients.
  2. 2.Put the slices of chorizo on the pan and fry until they are crispy. Then take off them from the pan.
  3. 3.Put the chicken on the pan and fry on low heat. Then crush the chicken just a little bit and fry few moments until won’t be raw.
  4. 4.Put the chorizo, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, chive and cheese on tortillas. Then fold tortillas in half or cover with another one.
  5. 5.Heat the oven into 180oC and roast 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with for example cream or guacamole.

Fragile cookies with jam


-          115g butter

-          1 glass flour

-          2 yolks

-          A pinchof salt

-          3 tablespoon sugar


  1. 1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. 2.Knead all of ingredients into one mass
  3. 3.Form a little ball. Using a little finger to make (in the middle of the ball) a pit and fill it with jam.
  4. 4.Repeat step until you will make all balls.
  5. 5.Bake for 20 minutes in the preheat oven.
